Accessing the Dashboard

Access your dashboard at hadoseo.com/dashboard after signing in.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your domain’s SEO performance:

Header Section

• Domain Selector - Switch between multiple domains (if on Pro, Growth, or Agency plan)
• Status Badge - Shows DNS configuration status (Verified/Pending)
• Time Period Filter - View analytics for 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or all time
• Add Domain - Add a new domain (within your plan limits)

Key Metrics

Four main metrics are displayed at the top:

Dashboard Tabs

The dashboard has two main tabs: Pages and Routing Rules.

Pages Tab

The Pages tab shows all pages discovered on your domain: Page actions:

• Search - Filter pages by URL
• Render Status Filter - Filter by render status (OK, Not Found, Empty, Errors, Timeout, Pending)
• Sort - Click column headers to sort
• Batch Recrawl - Select multiple pages and recrawl them together
• Sitemap Sync - Discover new pages from your sitemap
• View Details - Click a page to see render status, SEO analysis, social previews, and raw HTML

Routing Rules Tab

Create redirects and proxies to manage URL routing:

• Redirects - Send visitors to a new URL (301, 302)
• Proxies - Route requests to public external services (e.g., sitemaps, public APIs)
• CSV Import - Bulk import rules from a spreadsheet
• Pattern Matching - Use wildcards for flexible routing

Domain Status

Your domain can be in several states:

Recrawl Options

Recrawl All Pages (in domain settings):

• Triggers a full site recrawl
• Limited to 1 full recrawl per 30 days
• Use for major site updates or redesigns

Batch Recrawl (in Pages tab):

• Select specific pages to recrawl
• Limited to 100 pages at a time
• Use for targeted updates

Sitemap Sync:

• Discovers new pages from your sitemap
• Adds them to your pages list
• Triggers renders for new pages only

Page Details Panel

Click any page in the table to view detailed analysis: Render Status Alert: If the page has rendering issues, a color-coded alert appears at the top with the error type, resolution guidance, and a Re-render button. See Understanding Render Status for details. SEO Health Tab:

• Overall SEO score (0-100)
• Individual checks for title, description, canonical, etc.
• Specific issues and recommendations

Social Preview Tab:

• Open Graph preview (Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Twitter Card preview
• Image and text display

Raw HTML Tab:

• View the prerendered HTML that bots see
• Compare before/after rendering
• Debug content issues

Multiple Domains

If you have multiple domains:

1. Use the domain selector dropdown to switch
2. Each domain has independent analytics
3. Selected domain is remembered across sessions

SEO Optimization Guide

The dashboard includes an SEO Guide banner for newly configured domains. This provides:

• 7-step SEO checklist
• AI implementation prompts (for Lovable, Cursor, etc.)
• Links to free SEO tools
• Progress tracking

Account Actions

Access account settings via the header menu:

• Settings - Manage subscription and account
• Domain Settings - Configure current domain (robots.txt, sitemap, locale)
• Logout - Sign out of your account

Subscription Alerts

The dashboard shows important subscription notifications:

• Trial ending - Days remaining in your free trial
• Payment failed - Action needed to restore service
• Upgrade available - When you’ve reached plan limits
