Accessing the Dashboard
Access your dashboard at hadoseo.com/dashboard after signing in.
Dashboard Layout
The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your domain’s SEO performance:
- Domain Selector - Switch between multiple domains (if on Pro or Agency plan)
- Status Badge - Shows DNS configuration status
- Time Period Filter - View analytics for 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or all time
Key Metrics
Four main metrics are displayed at the top:
| Metric | Description |
|---|
| Crawls | Total number of bot visits to your site |
| Prerenders | Pages that were dynamically rendered for bots |
| Cached Views | Requests served from cache (faster response) |
| Cache Hit Rate | Percentage of requests served from cache |
Page Analytics Table
A detailed breakdown of activity per page showing:
- URL path
- Last crawled timestamp
- Cache hit/miss counts
- Bot type breakdown
Domain Status
Your domain can be in several states:
| Status | Meaning | Action |
|---|
| Pending | DNS not yet configured | Complete DNS setup |
| DNS Configured | Active and working | No action needed |
If your domain shows “Pending”, click Complete Setup to go through the DNS
configuration process.
Dashboard Actions
Recrawl All
Trigger a manual recrawl of all pages in your sitemap:
- Click Recrawl All button
- Limited to 3 recrawls per hour per domain
- Cooldown timer shows remaining time until next recrawl
Use this after:
- Deploying content updates
- Fixing meta tag issues
- Adding new pages
Sync Analytics
Fetch the latest analytics data from our edge network:
- Click Sync Analytics button
- Updates page-level statistics
- Shows sync results in a toast notification
Domain Settings
Access domain-specific settings:
- Custom robots.txt configuration
- Custom sitemap.xml configuration
- Domain deletion
Multiple Domains
If you have multiple domains:
- Use the domain selector dropdown to switch
- Each domain has independent analytics
- Selected domain is remembered across sessions

Account Actions
Access account settings via the header menu:
- Settings - Manage subscription and account
- Domain Settings - Configure current domain
- Logout - Sign out of your account
